NMS offers a comprehensive support program for its clients.  Whether you want support of a promotional program or a critical enterprise messaging application, NMS offers the program.

For clients with support needs:

  • During Business hours - If you have a technical support matter, please call 877-308-6254 or email support@nbroadcasting.com

  • Out of hours support is available to all clients that have signed up for such services. If you have a technical issue that needs resolution now, please call 877-308-6254.. If you have support coverage out of business hours, please refer to your support agreement paperwork. You will find an alternative number to call. Call that cell phone or pager now. If you cannot locate that number, call 877-308-6254. That line is answered at all times. They can escalate to the proper personnel.
